The Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent English, and a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences. You must be available for the full summer season (June–September).
Work Enviroment
You won't be in an office; your "desk" is a 45ft sailing yacht in the Mediterranean. Expect 24/7 immersion in a high-energy, international community. It’s hard work—balancing guest safety, gourmet cooking, and navigation—but you’ll be working alongside a world-class team in the most beautiful waters in the world.
